Hint of vinegar on opening that blew off in a few minutes.
Nose: Smoke, leather, mushroom, porcini, blue cheese. No fruit.
Palate:
Medium acid
Medium tannin
Structure seemed younger than 45 years (wish i could say the same hah).

Paired well with lamb.
