Saturday, April 14, 2018 - An elegant champagne equivalent with a very fine mousse and wonderfully light flavor on the palate. Delicate and yet piercing flavors with hints of citrus - ideal accompaniment to smoke salmon. But, the 2014 Blanc de Noirs had more character and flavor as a wine.
