Tuesday, August 3, 2021 - Aromatic, but slightly musty/muddled nose of pressed flowers, baked black cherries, spice and dominated by oak. Full-bodied with moderately high acidity and tannin. The palate is likewise muddled. Perhaps its a little too old, perhaps its the abundance of oak, but this lacks elegance and refinement. Was fine with a bistecca Fiorentina 88
