Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Nose: nutty, cheese, crispy pear, corn, granny smith, honeysuckle, pineapple, caramel
Notes: quite some savory, cheesy and mineral notes from the Champagne, also there's quite a warm and apple pie palate to this which is quite attractive. I must say this is quite promising and I am expecting that this should get even better with more time. I think perhaps another 5-6 years would be a good guess.
