Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - Pale straw colored, nose immediately apparent right out of the bottle. Rich on the palate: brioche, pie crust, yeast, sherry, even a hint of grapefruit? Fine acidity and real structure here. Slow ox over two hours, developing the whole time and kept improving the whole time. Lovely bottle, enjoyable now, but my guess is that it will improve with time. Given the structure this is a wine I'd want to pair with food.
