Friday, March 13, 2020 - Marked smokiness on the nose, which we rather enjoyed. Would pair very well with food (although I have to admit that we had no problem quaffing it all by itself).
Aromas: smoke, red apple, lemon, wet stones, bread dough, hints of forest strawberry and charred wood
Flavors: brioche, pear, quince, lemon, lemon zest, smoke, vanilla, hints of chalk and salt
