Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Fruit forward, concentrated and packed with blackberry fruit, this Cabernet is both delicious and complex with notes of cassis, lavender, cocoa powder and a touch of mocha on the finish. Super fine and smooth tannins creates a full mouth feel but not until a 30-45 minute decant. Amazing vintage, wine and tasting experience.
