Sunday, August 20, 2023 - @Liteitonfire Birthday dinner at Giussepe's in Scottsdale. Simply stunning! This is the very first 100pt score I have ever given. The balance is perfection. Secondary and tertiary even coming out at this stage. Smoke, tobacco, spice, a bit of mint and oodles of dark brooding fruits. The creamy tannins created such a luxurious mouthfeel.
