Saturday, November 26, 2016 - Dark red in color. Took to a restaurant , had to do PNP, but did consume over two hours. Drank with a variety of French cheese , pates, and appetizers as well as a main dish. Red fruit dominated the palate - cherry, red raspberry,and red currants. Lightly oaked, great intensity of flavors, perfect acidity, and mature tannins. Drinking beautifully now, clearly not old, but I don't see how this could be any better by keeping it longer.
