Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Does a CS get any better than this one? Not according to my palate. Bold aromas of violets, blackberries, blueberry pie, licorice and crushed rocks. Well-balanced yet powerful flavors of black cherries and plum, some cassis, and spice. Others noted bluberries and dark chocolate. Silky tannins and a 30 to 45-second finish!
