Sunday, November 24, 2019 - From Coravin. Loads of sweet spice, lashings of black fruit; currant, cassis, plum then polished oak; toast, caramel and a touch earth. Medium plus intensity acidity, black fruit, cream, medium plus intensity drying but integrated grainy textured tannins, medium plus intensity alcohol. Long. Getting there based on my last tasting. Time but promise.
