A:Pale lemon
N: Medium Intensity and youthful
Honey, roses, baking spice, apricot
P: Aromas confirmed and some wet stone here. Off dry, medium (+) acid, medium alcohol (13%), medium (+) body, medium (+) intensity and medium finish.
Initial C: Old world- elegant and earthy
Cool Climate - acidity
Varietal - Gewurtztraminer
Comment: $27. Natural yeasts, old casks, low yields (often yields too high for this grape in Alsace but not here)
