A benchmark for gewurztraminer. Hazy yellow in the glass with high intensity aromas of lychee, ripe peach, sugar dusted lemon, honey drizzled stone fruits and wild flowers like honeysuckle. Richly textured with vibrant acidity...small note of petrol but very faint. Sweetened golden raisins, crushed wet rock, and a very lengthy and appropriately sweet finish.

Classic lyche. Just slightly sweet. Somewhat expensive by the glass at Bern’s.
