Monday, May 9, 2011 - High fill; dry crumbly cork. Decanted and served. Clear medium-light brick-ruby red. Bouquet of meat and poopy barnyard. Herbal, medicinal bitterness on the palate, with no primary fruit remaining. Improved with air.
