Tuesday, April 12, 2016 - I wouldn't even cook with this. Carlin de Paolo should be embarrassed by this effort. Watery, bitter and undrinkable. I'm not happy to have three more bottles in my cellar. That's what I get for believing that a $15 Barbaresco might be half-decent. Lesson learned.
