Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Ah-so pushed cork directly into the bottle (doh!). Wine was good/drinkable but this bottle was clearly a bit off. A touch oxidized and didn’t exhibit the freshness of the last bottle. Even a bit off, would score 92

    4/4/2021 10:53:00 PM - This video by Marc Hochar shows how to use a corskscrew with a two-prong device in commbination to avoid the problem of pushing a cork in. A brand called Durand makes a combination device to do this more elegantly.
