Sunday, December 26, 2021 - This time 30 hrs after opening the bottle and decanting. Amazing concentration, never ending finish, and the nose to die for. Years of life ahead of it. As usual the corkage is poor. Ah-so opener works well, though.
Here a mixture of great burgundy and highest grade brunello for my taste.
