Wednesday, May 24, 2017 - Dinner with Manoj and Neeta at Blue Bottle, I brought this one along. Opened at the restaurant about 30 minutes prior to drinking.

From prior notes: "Medium ruby color. Nose was elegant, red fruits and floral notes. Bright, sweet red fruits, plums, strawberry. Medium finish, elegant and smooth texture."

Picked up more floral notes this time (from memory), bright red fruits, elegant with good energy. Texture and elegance of this wine is noteable. Great now, should continue to improve. Really nice vineyard designate from Hirsch.
