Friday, November 12, 2021 - Clear pale/medium garnet; clean medium nose of jammy plums, iodine and leather; dry; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; high alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of cocoa, coffee and dried fruit; long finish; drink now or in another 5 years; improved immensely over 2 hours - open it early and let it breathe before drinking; otherwise it comes across as very shy and fruity
