Sunday, November 11, 2018 - Youthful blackish garnet color with no bricking. Pleasant but (very) shy nose -- chocolate, some cedar, faint licorice, and little in the way of fruit. The tannins are still present but starting to round out. The wine shows nice balance and the finish is surprisingly long. In the end, it's a little boring. It equally lacks anything to complain about and anything to praise.
