Thursday, April 21, 2016 - Straw colored with a reticent nose of yellow and white fruits.

White citrus, primarily lemon with some grapefruit, and high acid. There's not a lot of complexity and texturally a tad thin. Finishes a bit short. Not meant for long term aging, prefer the other bottlings from this producer.
