Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - Copper/light red.

Nose: strawberry; stone fruit; tarragon; cheese; “goat cheese and strawberries on a salad”; a very rich pleasant perfumed nose.

Palate: Dense aggressive mousse; excellent tension between angular acidity and round weighty fruit; bit of mineral grip. Flavors are classic rose champs; fresh dewy strawberry; cheesy yeast/lees; concentrated; alcohol not noticeable at 12%. Wife likes.

Per bottle: Mostly 2018 vtg; disgorged May ‘21; dose 6-7g/Ltr.
