Sunday, October 15, 2017 - Terry Theise Grower Champagne Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Lots of red fruit throughout, seemingly very Pinot Noir, with 9% still PN making a clear contribution here. Good right now, even if slightly simple. 2013 base.
