Saturday, March 21, 2020 - 2015 Base; disgorged Feb. 2019. Copper/salmon color. Delicate bubbles, modest in quantity. A bit bland night one but second night shows some pink grapefruit with a touch of pith, a soupçon of Pinot noir, a light bit of yeast on finish.
