Saturday, October 8, 2022 - Still a really good bottle of wine. While we have some decent weather here in NJ I decided to grill some swordfish steaks using a new marinade and my wife wanted a Sancerre which of course I couldn't find so I opened this bottle. As in previous bottles that I have consumed the palate is fresh cut, citrus flowers and a touch of tangerine. A little taste of pineapple does come through on the finish. As an aside the marinade was awesome and the swordfish came out perfect.
