Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - This was a "wow" wine! This reminded me of my beloved 2016 Carter Carter and the OG. Had that great mouthfeel, nice viscosity (but not heavy), beautiful red and black fruit and layers upon layers of flavor. Lots of chocolate, coffee grounds and tobacco on the long finish. Peaked at about 1-2 hours and lost some of the lusciousness by hour #4. This wine at $75 was the steal of the century.
