Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Appearance: pale ruby.
Nose: medium intensity; aromas of red roses, leather, cloves, black olive, earthy, strawberry, rhubarb. It’s developing.
Palate: dry, high acidity, medium plus tannins chalky in texture, high alcohol but well balanced, medium body, medium plus flavour intensity, not as complex as on the nose, medium plus finish.
Very good wine. Not blow my mind but drink perfectly now and in great balance!
