Appearance: pale ruby. Nose: medium intensity; aromas of red roses, leather, cloves, black olive, earthy, strawberry, rhubarb. It’s developing. Palate: dry, high acidity, medium plus tannins chalky in texture, high alcohol but well balanced, medium body, medium plus flavour intensity, not as complex as on the nose, medium plus finish. Very good wine. Not blow my mind but drink perfectly now and in great balance!

Bright slightly orange tint. 14.5 ABV Black fruit a little cedar perhaps. Fruit forward Tannins seem to have softened a bit. Nice balance Some fruit on the taste. Long finish. Should go well with food. I liked this wine a good bit.

Its not very often that I disagree with some of the posters of previous notes but I really enjoyed this wine a lot. Decanted for about an hour and it still had some tannin for sure but I thought it was fairly open for business. I opened this because based on previous notes I was worried it was a lost cause, but I think this is a safe wine to open now or hold for a while with confidence.

Someone brought this to a party as a PnP; it's hard as nails today. I came back to this many times throughout the night, it hadn't budged an inch. As it is today, on PnP, it's pretty much charmelss; good purity, medium>medium+ body, red fruited. HOLD for 5-8 years, hope for the best.
Ripe fruit on the nose, One of the founding members of the Brunello. With some power. Not old school, not new, just opened, we could see where it goes.

K&L Wines of Italy Tasting (Peterson Automotive Museum LA): Very reduced nose, showing lots of sulphur (from a bottle that was only open for a short time), which made it hard to taste. Even after vigorous swirling, only saw that the palate was nice with clean acidity but still full bodied.

Beauteous. A little lacking in fruit, but wonderfully savory, tannic and well-built. Built for food, though. Must be enjoyed with a meal.

Hints at fruit on the nose but a drier palate.

2 hour decant. Very tannic long finish. Big dark fruits. A standalone brunello that's very approachable on its own or with food

TREBICCHIERI PRE-TASTING, nose of dark fruit, same on the palate, off putting taste, medium body and medium finish.

Good fruit but overly acidic on the PNP, did not pair well with a fatty steak, not sure where this is going?
