Saturday, March 11, 2023 - Fresh and dry fennel, cranberries, thyme in a Fantastic mix on the nose. Still fresh dark fruit character . Dry tannins, but in a pleasant way, chalky Sangiovese tones in the end. Long and pleasant taste.

After 30 min in the glass the temperature picked up that increased the dryness of the tannins. Don’t decant te wine at this point and drink it a few degrees below normal. Then you will have a pleasant experience
