Tuesday, October 24, 2017 - Decanted 2+ hours. Quite acidic and primal on day 1. Barrel notes showing, black fruits, acid, some earth. I thought it needed time.

Day 2 it was much more approachable. Fruit fleshed out, acidity more mild, barrel notes faded into a supporting role...it drinks very well with air time. I would actually hold off on this one for another year or two...it has some legs. Drink 2019-2026+.
