Monday, June 14, 2021 - Had the balance of the bottle Coravined last week… at the 30 minute point the nose on this was amazing. It was rich and complex and soaring. Red florals, black cherry, leather, chocolate, herbs…palate was nice too but the bouquet was captivating. A lovely with a grilled lamb loin chop.
