Saturday, April 29, 2023 - As always, Hubacker is a very well-made and extraordinary riesling GG. Needs more time to show off, but everything is there. Layers of delicious fruit, laser-focused acidity and a compelling finish. However, at this stage I only give it 93 in rating, but I expect this to be in the >95 range with 5–10 years of further cellaring. 93+
