Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Light yellow gold with green tint. Lime, green apple, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, yellow peach, white flowers, oyster shell, honey and minerality. Hint of kerosene on the nose. High acidity and balanced. Edgy and good tension on the palate: A sip was like a cluster bomb exploding deep into my taste buds. Very long dry, astringent finish. Youthful and bright. This would last for decades in a proper cellar.
