Saturday, January 6, 2018 - SLDS January BBQ: Powerful nose - roses, pomegranate, pineapple, apple, lime and talc - opulent but also a mineral streak that compliments the oomph of the fruit nicely. Rich fruit on the palate, with the ripeness never losing control. Delicious wine that brings a wealth of flavour and still finds focus.

I was just wondering where all the few Hubacker bottles from his 4 hectar parcel have gone........,
you will find nothing more of these in good old europe of any vintage.

Sounds great, I will wait for some more years! I recommend to wait at least 6- 8+ years depending on the vintage to get the full complexity.
    Cheers from Hamburg
