Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - Deep purple red in colour. Dark black fruits on the nose with hints of wood. Silky smooth tannins with medium to high acidity, this is drinking perfectly now. BlackBerry and black cherry with vanilla, cigar box and liquorice. I left this for 2hrs to breathe and enjoyed it with roast leg of lamb. Delicious!
