Monday, April 10, 2023 - Some sediment was decanted off. This wine had an amazingly dark red color at this age for a Brunello. The wine is still fresh overall and softened nicely with about a 4 hour decant. Fruit, oak, tannin, and acidity are all nicely integrated.
