Dark purple color. On nose, cassis, vanilla (not overdone), sweet cherry & black cherry. On palate, dark cherry, sweet cherry with medium+ body, good balance - acidity & tannins are there to balance the fruit - and medium+ finish. Nice wine on first night - degraded somewhat on nights 2 & 3 so would be a good wine to enjoy over the next 5+/- years. 91+/-
