Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Nice California Cab, which I don't drink much of. Nice on PnP and paired well with a grilled picanha steak. It showed some nice spice, very ripe fruit, somewhat monolithic, but not lazy or flabby. Soft, sweet tannins make it a friendly crowd-pleaser. Quite good if a bit boring.
