Monday, February 22, 2016 - Dried cherry, old leaves and plums with caramel and a light roasted plum aspect giving an impression of slight sweetness in the entry; Good fuller body, hefty tannins which have softened a bit, alcohol at 13.5%. good long finish, in great shape. This would be great with roasted meats, filet mignon.
