Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - Blind, I don't think my Bordeaux orientated palate would have recognised this as Cabernet Sauvignon. It was quite full bodied, softly fruity, more blueberry than cassis, very round, caressingly textured with moderate acidity. Shape on the palate was somewhat upfront but the finish was quite long with resolved tannins. Moreish aided by commendably low alcohol (12%). Bravo for terroir differences. Very good.
