Tuesday, January 3, 2017 - Lovely nose of dark cherry fruit and fabulous red spices. Succulent and quite ripe with intense dark cherry fruit flavors with hints of sweet vanilla oak and meaty spices. Has a lithe texture with fresh mineral lift and lots of good acidity. This is lovely and drinking well now but could clearly improve with more time in bottle. Double-decanted for 2 hrs.
