Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Solid cork. Paired with spicy sticky ginger beer glazed chicken thighs over jasmine rice. Deep gold color. Notes of apricots, tropical fruits and cane sugar Llight to moderate acidity with a little more seeetness than expected from a Spatlese. A mature Riesling with nice secondary notes. Drink now. 93 points.
