Thursday, November 21, 2019 - Cabernet Sauvignon 59%, Merlot 27%, Cabernet Franc 6% and Petit Verdot 8%
Bought in Vinotheque de Bordeaux, Bordeaux city - highly recommend wine store, very wide specter of wines including last vintages, highly friendly staff and excellent service.

It is pity to drink this wine in such not mature age. Medium body, deep garnet color. Intense but delicate aroma of ripe black fruits, coffee, olives complements by cigar box and flowers. Black currant and plum palate with lingering spicy and juicy finish. Excellent wine. Rich and complex but elegant and harmonious, exceptionally balanced refreshing berries acidity, tannic now and need aeration. Food friendly, tasted with Tomme Montagne cheese. Serve 17º - 21º. Open four/six hours ahead. Drink in four years at least.
