Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Lovely dessert wine. Colour is somewhat pale and nose a little shy but the palate is really good. There is a nice but not prominent sweetness to the wine and not at all cloying. The fruit is a lovely mix of ripe pear, quince, melon, perhaps some apricot and maybe nectarine contributing the cleansing acidity. Excellent QPR too.
