Friday, December 24, 2021 - Christmas Eve dinner, with prime rib. Opened and decanted for about 2 hours before dinner and it was absolutely perfect. The cork bork on me and lots of sediment, but that is the only flaw. Probably one of the best wines I've ever had. Hard to tell it is from Napa, very old world in style. Saveory, without any jammy or vanilla notes whatsoever. Graphite, cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate on the nose. I only had a glass and a half, and I'm kind of wishing I hoarded the entire bottle for myself.
