Friday, February 12, 2010 - Wow. My first experienced of properly aged Bordeaux, and I see the fuss is justified. Dark red. Intoxicating nose of fruit, spice, chocolate, leather, cedar and cigarbox. Smooth linear palate with little residual tannin, and fine minerality. A lovely, lovely wine.
