My thoughts would be to double decant (if you have the time) – and leave in bottle between 1-2 hours before drinking OR to pour out the top 8 cm (2 glasses) into a decanter, sip that slowly after about 1 hour and on the 2 hour+ mark pour the rest from the bottle.
