Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - At home. Decanted for one hour and drank over the following three. Fully open nose of violets, dark sweet fruit, damp earth and hints of mocha. Rich and sweet on the palate. Not a tremendous amount of depth but wonderful balance and silky texture. Long finish emphasizing sweet fruit and earth. With additional air this didn't get much better but it was great from beginning to end. In a nice spot to be enjoyed now.
