Saturday, October 15, 2022 - (Disgorged in July 2021, base year 2017 with 50% reserves from 2016, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, dosage 4 gr/L)
Yellow colour with a promising youthful nose showing liquorice, cream and minerals in a very nice and colourful way. Mature yellow apple’s acidity on the smoothing palate also showing hints of tarragon on top of a fine creamy layer before a pleasant plums peel bitterness turns up the volume on the lengthy finish..
(Best with 1-5 years extra cellar time)
