Friday, March 31, 2023 - November 2021 disgorgment, if I remember correctly.

No formal notes done, but man was this just overall a great champagne and my first Savart. For being one of his entry, I really want to see what his vintage bottles can deliver...

Still very young and tight with just a little over a year after disgorgement - it could benefit from 2-3 years more in the bottle I'd say. Got better and better as time passed with the bottle open.
